Are you thinking of getting a new male puppy friend for your dog, but not sure where to find the best dog names? Boy dog names are easy to find if you know where to look. Shakespeare is a wonderful name, as are some of his characters Romeo, Iago, or Othello. Tolstoy wrote War and Peace or Twain who wrote Huckleberry Finn are good boy dog names, too.
Other historical figures that make great male dog names are Houdini, the great escape artist, or Jackson, the Civil War general, or Zane Grey, the popular American author and a perfect name for your Greyhound or Weimaraner.
